At Toyota, the Japanese phrase kaizen,” meaning constant, incremental improvement, is more than a business buzzword — it’s a motto all Toyota employees live and work by every day.

For the release of the 2020 Supra, we needed to create a press kit that would demonstrate how kaizen drives Toyota’s ethos. We needed to break down the concept, and explain how it keeps the brand moving side by side with consumers as they travel, grow and perfect together. I wrote the script for this video centerpiece, and the copy for the Supra packet.
